Greece Golden Visa Program
A practical introduction to Greek investor residence permits through qualifying real estate
What is the Greece Golden Visa?
The Greece Golden Visa framework offers renewable five-year Greek residence permits to eligible third-country investors who complete a qualifying investment.
Real-estate thresholds depend on the property and location. Standard purchases generally require €400,000 or €800,000, while €250,000 applies only to specified qualifying property categories.
Absence from Greece does not by itself prevent renewal of the investor permit, provided the qualifying investment and all other statutory conditions continue.
